Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment: All classes must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Space is limited and enrollment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Refund Policy: All class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may contact us to transfer your registration to a future class of equal value. Transfers must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your class. Cancellations by Instructor: In the rare event that a class is canceled or rescheduled by the instructor, you will be offered: A full transfer to a future class, or a full refund if the class is not rescheduled. Attendance & Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instruction and, depending on the course requirements, may not be eligible to receive full credit or CEUs. CEU Credits: For classes offering continuing education: Full attendance is required to receive CEU credit No partial credits will be issued. Conduct & Participation: -To maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment, all participants are expected to: Arrive prepared and ready to engage. -Participate appropriately in hands-on practice (if applicable) -Respect fellow students and instructor at all times Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, please contact us prior to your class to discuss rescheduling options.
