Refund & Cancellation Policy for CLASSES:

• All class registrations are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, your registration may be transferred to another class date of equal value, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the original class time.

• Transfers are limited to one reschedule per registration and must be used within a reasonable timeframe based on class availability.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as missed classes (“no-shows”), are not eligible for transfer or credit.

• Once a class has been attended (virtual and/or in-person), no refunds will be issued.

• Credit for Future Course: If you notify us at least 7 days before the class start date, Bloom will issue a credit for a future CEU course.

 

Attendance & Lateness

• To receive CE credit, you must attend the entire class.

• Late arrivals may still join the class but will not be included in the roster submitted to the NCBTMB for credit.

 

What to Bring

• Bring your preferred note-taking materials (pen and paper, etc.).

• Bloom will provide all necessary supplies, including massage tables, custom oils, and linens.

• All live classes include hands-on practice, so wear or bring comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bodywork. 

• You will receive a workbook with all the slides from the presentation.

 

Arrival Time

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start and to find your seating.

• To receive CE credit, you must attend the entire course.

 

Classroom Etiquette

• PLEASE BE KIND, CARING AND CONSIDERATE when attending class. Negativity, hate or discrimination will never be tolerated.

• We kindly ask all participants to respect the hotel, conference rooms, and all designated class areas. Bloom Mountain Aromatics, LLC is not responsible for any inappropriate conduct by attendees.

• Bloom Mountain Aromatics, LLC reserves the right to dismiss any student who fails to adhere to these protocols, with no refund provided. 

• Any participant who engages in disrespectful behavior during a class will be prohibited from attending future sessions.

• Please keep noise levels low and speak with soft tones if classes are held in a massage studio space

 

Facilities

• Restrooms will always be available to students at class locations.

 

Refreshments & Lunch Break

• A lunch break will always be provided midday during Bloom courses.

• Water bottles are always provided for students.

 

Receiving Your Certificate

• Once you reach 100% completion, your certificate will be emailed to you.

 

Return Policy for PRODUCTS:

At Bloom Mountain Aromatics LLC, each product is carefully prepared and handled with attention to quality and cleanliness. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are considered final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product when contacting us.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information if applicable. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Bloom Mountain Aromatics LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
