This one-on-one mentorship session with Erica is designed for massage therapists seeking personalized guidance, skill development, and professional support.

During this private session, therapists can receive individualized feedback on treatment techniques, discuss challenging client cases, refine clinical thinking, or explore ways to expand their massage practice. Sessions may focus on hands-on technique refinement, treatment planning, aromatherapy applications, or professional development within the massage field.

Each mentorship session is tailored to the therapist’s goals and experience level, providing a supportive learning environment to deepen knowledge and confidence in practice.

Sessions are available virtually over Zoom, depending on the topic and needs of the participant. (Session time will be scheduled by Erica through email exchange)

About Your Instructor:

Sessions are led by Erica Keays, an experienced licensed massage therapist, educator, spa owner and accredited continuing education provider dedicated to advancing professional education in massage therapy and aromatherapy.

Erica is an accredited continuing education provider with the:

• National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB)

• National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA)

• Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB)

• Alliance for Massage Therapy Education (AFMTE)

From 2020–2024, Erica served as the Committee Chair for Continuing Education for the New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapists, helping guide professional education standards for massage therapists across New York. She is also an adjunct massage instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at North Country Community College, where she teaches and mentors future massage therapists.

Through her teaching, mentorship, and continuing education programs, Erica is committed to helping therapists deepen their clinical skills, expand their knowledge, and grow confident, successful practices.
