This fun and interactive class features a deep dive into the hips: the glutes, piriformis and psoas! The class includes an anatomy review of these muscles, a discussion on common hip pathologies and dysfunction, proper draping, effective communication and a bodywork demo, including massage, stretching and cupping for hips!
